Sinopsis/Synopsis:
Cerca de cumplir la misma edad que tenía su madre cuando fue secuestrada, el hijo de una trabajadora del INTA desaparecida en 1976, una semana después del golpe militar, inicia una causa penal que involucra a Jorge Zorreguieta, padre de la princesa de Holanda, en ese entonces secretario de agricultura durante la dictadura de Videla.
La repercusión pública de la causa hace que reciba el llamado de una vieja amiga de su madre, y el encuentro con ella dispara en él la necesidad de ahondar en la historia (de su madre, de esos años primordiales) para conocer y entender las causas de su desaparición.
El protagonista (también director del film) comienza entonces una intensa investigación, que incluye desde el recorrido de diversos organismos oficiales y no oficiales, hasta el encuentro con viejos compañeros de trabajo y militancia de su madre. En esta búsqueda surgen nuevas preguntas, incomprensiones, silencios, complicidades... y la dificultad de cerrar la historia, que no solo suya, sino de toda una sociedad que no termina de asumirla.

When he was about to turn the same age his mother was when she was abducted Nicolás, the son of an INTA worker who was declared missing in 1976 one week after the coup d'ètat, brought the criminal case to court. This case involves an accusation against Jorge Zorreguieta -the father of Princess Meáxima, married to the future King of Holland-, who was Secretary of agriculture during Videla's dictatorship.
Such was the public repercussion of this case that one of his mother's former friends phoned him. Meeting this lady triggered in him the need of going deeper in his mother's case in order to understand and become acquainted with the reasons that lead to her disappearance.
The protagonist, who is also the film director, begins a thorough investigation which includes visiting governmental and non-governmental organizations as well as meeting old militant members and work mates of his mother's. New questions, incomprehension, silences, complicities arise during his research. And so does the difficulty of closing this story which is not only his but that belongs to a society that has not assumed it yet.
